Rental Policies

~Renter and all drivers of boat must be at least 25 years of age, have prior boating experience & comfortable driving & docking a boat.

~  Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your start time to complete paperwork, loading of boat and overview of the equipment you will be renting.  This way you will get the most out of your rental time

~If you arrive late to your assigned rental time your check in time will not be extended to accommodate.  We have rentals booked back to back and will still need the equipment returned at the previously discussed time.

~Boats that return more then 10 minutes late from the discussed time will be subject to a $30.00 late charge and another $5.00 for every 5 minutes late after that.  If you are more then one hour late you will be charged a half day rental.

~Customers are to follow MN Boating laws.  A updated copy is located in each boat under the steering helm for reference

~Each renter is responsible for ANY damages to equipment that occurs during rental

~Each Boat comes with a full tank of gas.  The Renter is responsible to replace the fuel they use during their rental.

- Return the boat at the end of your rental to the designated dock you originally    departed from to unload your crew and gear then the driver will ride with LCBC employee to gas dock to refuel and LCBC employee will park the boat from there.

-Absolutely no use of other docks or gas docks to load and unload people & gear even when you think "its going to be quick".  You may only use LCBC designated slip/dock.

~NO SMOKING on any of the boats or other rental equipment

~Charcoal free grills are allowed.  Grilling must take place off of watercraft

-NO PETS!!
